R&D Tax specialist, Steven Blacker, promoted to partnership at KPMG

Chris Hearld, the North Region Chairman and Leeds Office Senior Partner at KPMG, has announced a number of new partner promotions.

These promotions include Steve Blacker, who co-leads the Innovation Reliefs and Incentives practice in the UK, advising businesses on government sponsored R&D related reliefs.

Mr Blacker joined KPMG in January 2015 from Deloitte, where he had spent the previous 15 years. He is CTA and FCA qualified and is based from the Leeds office.
