Along with the new partner, chartered accountant and auditor Federico D’Amelio has joined as an associate in the Tax practice in Rome. He was previously a tax advisor at Clifford Chance.

Andrea Fiorelli, Head of the Tax practice in Italy, added: “With the recruitment of Roberta and Federico, we have taken an important step forward in our goal to build Dentons’ Tax practice into a market leader in Italy.”

With these two hires, Dentons continues its expansion in Rome.  The office, which opened last July, now counts 13 professionals. Dentons now has 63 professionals in Italy.

Federico Sutti, Italy Managing Partner, stated: “We are committed to investing in top legal talent in Rome, which is critical for Dentons’ positioning in the Italian market.  We are glad to welcome Roberta on board as a partner.”

Roberta Moscaroli commented: “This is an extraordinary opportunity to build on my experience and contribute to the growth of a challenging, dynamic and very high quality law firm with strong leadership and a forward-thinking vision”.
