Carole Connor joins Alexander Sloan as tax partner
Carole Connor has been appointed Tax Partner at Alexander Sloan, one of Scotland’s longest established firms of Accountants and Business Advisers which celebrates its 150th anniversary in 2017.
A mathematics graduate of the University of Glasgow and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Carole will lead the firm’s tax department which is spread across its Glasgow and Edinburgh practices. She joins from RSM where she was Associate Director.
With over 20 years’ professional practice experience in taxation, Carole advises clients on a broad range of commercial issues as well as personal and family tax matters. She specialises in HMRC tax investigations and corporate tax, and is also experienced in managing tax risk for the not-for-profit sector.
