Nick Pavelich joins Private Client Services team at Andersen Tax
Andersen Tax has announced the addition of Nick Pavelich as Managing Director in the Seattle office. He will be joining the Private Client Services group.
Nick has over 28 years of experience, including 18 years practising tax and 10 years with a family office. His experience includes income tax compliance and planning for privately held businesses and ultra-high net worth individuals, including generational wealth transfer and charitable planning. Nick’s specialties include real estate, flow through entities, and transaction structuring.
Prior to Andersen Tax, Nick was the CFO and President of Real Estate at Laird Norton Company, a seventh generation family-owned business, where he led the company’s real estate division. Earlier in his career, Nick spent time as a Partner at Clark Nuber and as a Director at KPMG and Arthur Andersen.

Nick received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Washington State University, his Master of Taxation from Golden Gate University, and attended Harvard University’s Advanced Management Program.
