Andrea Di Dio is the new Head of Tax at DLA Piper in Rome
DLA Piper has appointed Andrea Di Dio as the new Head of Tax in the Rome office. Andrea joins from Chiomenti, where he has been since 2007. Previously he worked for the Guardia di Finanza (Italian Tax Police) for 12 years.
Andrea has extensive experience in advising Italian and foreign clients on tax topics related to M&A and private equity activities, tax litigation, international taxation and reorganisation of family assets.
