Erez Tucner joins Holland & Knight in New York as a tax partner in the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group

Erez Tucner has joined Holland & Knight in New York as a tax partner in the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group. Mr. Tucner advises on international, corporate and personal tax matters. Most recently, he was a partner with Chadbourne & Parke LLP.

Mr. Tucner works with clients in structuring and negotiating the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience advising clients on forming and structuring private equity and hedge funds and their investments, including those in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Tucner also has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the New York State and other state tax authorities, and the New York State Tax Appeals Tribunal in tax controversy matters.

Mr. Tucner received an LL.M. degree in taxation from the New York University School of Law, and a law degree and bachelor’s degree in economics from Haifa University in Israel.
