Mark Brailsford to join BLP in May 2017 with remit to grow tax advisory capability in the finance arena
Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) today announced the appointment of Corporate Tax Partner Mark Brailsford. An expert in finance tax, he will be tasked with growing BLP’s tax advisory capability in the finance arena.
Mark will join the firm in May 2017 and be based in the London office. Currently at Osborne Clarke and previously UK Head of Tax at A&O, his specialism is complex international mandates advising clients on the tax elements of structured finance, securitisations, capital markets and derivatives. During his long career, Mark has worked with financial institutions, funds and corporates, advising issuers, managers and trustees in relation to the tax aspects of international transactions. His appointment will enhance BLP’s breadth of expertise to clients with global interests.
