José Ramón Vizcaino promoted to tax partner at Dentons’ Madrid office

Dentons has announced the promotion of José Ramón Vizcaino to partner.

José Ramón Vizcaino joined Dentons in 2013, and prior to that, he worked in the M&A Tax department of KPMG. He has more than 15 years of experience in tax, especially in M&A transactions, tax planning, international taxation, and the tax aspects of restructuring. He provides tax advice to Spanish and international companies, with a particular focus on the real estate, energy, telecommunication, risk capital and investment funds sectors.
