Simon Godley retires from tax recruitment and sells business to BPA Search

Specialist tax technology recruitment business, Talentpool Selection, has been acquired by tax recruitment firm BPA.  After a 20 year career recruiting in tax and tax technology sector, Simon Godley (pictured right) is retiring from recruitment to pursue other interests.   

BPA, being a larger, more global business than Talentpool Selection is able to offer expertise in niche tax areas, but remain small enough to provide the personal service that Talentpool has provided in the past.

BPA is managed by the founder Barrie Pallen who has been operating in the tax sector for over thirty years and works with many leading international companies.  BPA’s strong focus is search & selection of tax professionals for the in-house / commercial side of the market, both in the UK and globally, and going forward he sees that BPA continuing the Talentpool Selection business is a strategically excellent fit for the BPA business and to be in a very strong position to provide recruiting solutions for tax and tax technology & automation candidates in the future.
