Robert Feinschreiber joins TP Leadership team at Charles Rivers Associates

Robert Feinschreiber has joined the Transfer Pricing Leadership team at Charles Rivers Associates

Mr Feinschreiber is an experienced tax practitioner and attorney with more than 20 years of experience in transfer pricing, including planning, audit defense, APAs, and penalty elimination. He has worked across many industries including agriculture, distribution (agribusiness and high-value client intangible distribution experience), real estate, and manufacturing.

He will be working alongside Rebel Curd, the TP practice leader and Richard Cooper, VP.

Mr. Feinschreiber has written articles and books on taxation and has been quoted as an authority by Tax Court, Business Week, and Forbes. He is the editor/author of the six volume John Wiley Transfer Pricing series. He has lectured at various tax conferences on such topics as foreign sales corporations, DISC, intercompany pricing, Subpart F, foreign tax credit, the research credit, and depreciation in the US, Asia, and Latin America. Mr. Feinschreiber has taught accounting at Yale and law at Wayne State University Law School and was previously director of the International Tax Institute.
