Nordic Law Firm Roschier hires TP specialist Merja Raunio from PwC

Roschier has appointed Merja Raunio as a Senior Advisor within its Tax & Structuring practice in Helsinki.

Merja is a leading transfer pricing specialists in Finland with more than 25 years’ of experience in tax law. Combined with a strong background in corporate taxation and experience from a variety of tax planning projects and disputes, Merja will considerably strengthen Roschier’s senior expertise pool in the sought-after field of transfer pricing.

During her career, she has authored several books and publications on tax-related topics, and a revised edition of one of the authoritative books on transfer pricing in Finland, co-authored by Merja Raunio and Jukka Karjalainen, will be published shortly. Merja joins Roschier later this month from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she has been a partner since 2004.
