Paul White joins tax partner team at Druces
City of London law firm Druces has announced the appointment of new tax partner Paul White.
Paul is a business and property tax lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in the City. He has extensive tax planning, transactional and advisory expertise, particularly in UK and cross-border M&A, finance, property and corporate transactions. He will work closely with the rest of the tax team, and especially to support Druces’ transactional commercial and property practices, providing advice on corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, value added tax, stamp duty and stamp duty land tax.
Paul originally trained in business taxation with Wilde Sapte (now Dentons), becoming a partner in 1996 before moving to Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in 2003. From there he moved to Chadbourne & Parke in 2010.
Paul is the third tax specialist to have joined Druces in the last 18 months.

Paul’s appointment follows nominations for Druces at the forthcoming Citywealth Magic Circle Awards 2018 and WealthBriefing European Awards 2017. It also comes at the end of a landmark year for the firm which is celebrating 250 years since it was founded in 1767.
