David’s experience includes transfer pricing planning projects for FTSE 100 and 250 clients, Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms and one of the world’s largest mining companies. He served as a key strategic advisor to one of the world’s largest corporate insolvencies that included a complex, commercially-significant transfer pricing issue. In addition, he has advised on significant multinational M&A transactions from an international tax and transfer pricing perspective involving both buy and sell-side due diligence, structuring and financing.
