New tax hires at EY in the US

EY in the US has sent TaxGrotto the following information about new partner/principal hires:

Colleen Sebra joins Ernst & Young LLP’s National Tax Department as a partner focused on Tax Technology & Transformation. She previously served as a Tax Director at PwC where she worked for 12 years assisting corporate tax departments in optimizing their operational execution with organizational and technology-related process improvements. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and Master’s in Accountancy from the University of Georgia. She is a CPA and is based in New York City. 

Kellar Nevill joins the National Tax Department of Ernst & Young LLP as a principal focused in the Tax and Finance Operate practice. Nevill joins EY from IBM where he was a general manager/managing director offering technology and business consulting. He joined IBM from ACS in 2005 prior to its acquisition by Xerox, having been a vice president and the chief operating officer for the global HR outsourcing practice. Prior to ACS, Nevill had worked in India for Exult until it was acquired by Hewitt Associates and Halliburton in the Middle East. He earned his bachelor of science from Baylor University. Nevill is based in Dallas.  

Ben Hartmann joins the National Tax Department of Ernst & Young LLP in Dallas. He is an executive director serving as the Chief Operations Officer of EY Edge, focused on business process outsourcing and shared services. He has over 18 years of governance and shared services experience and comes to EY from KPMG where he worked since 2011 focused on enterprise management consulting. Hartmann joined KPMG when it purchased his previous company, EquaTerra, where he had worked for just over five years. Previously, he was a Director at Accenture. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas and Master of Science from the University of North Texas.
