Safferys promotes Zena Hanks to Tax Partner
Saffery Champness has announced four new promotions to its partnership with effect from 1 April 2018: Darren Drake, Nigel Walde and Roger Weston in London, and Zena Hanks in Bristol.
Zena Hanks joined the Bristol office in 2005. A Chartered Tax Adviser, she acts for private clients in all aspects of their financial affairs, whether they are owners of property, invested wealth or business wealth. Whilst the majority of her clients are UK-based, they include non-domiciled individuals, entrepreneurs with global business interests and those who are seeking to move to the UK. Zena also has considerable experience of working on tax investigations. She represents the Chartered Institute of Tax as Chair of the Bristol branch.
Matthew Burton, Managing Partner at Saffery Champness, commented:
“I am delighted to welcome Darren, Nigel, Roger and Zena to the Saffery Champness partnership. Each one of them has a wealth of expertise and has clearly demonstrated their ability to provide innovative and practical solutions that are of great benefit to our clients.
“It is particularly gratifying to be able to make these partner promotions from within our existing teams. We are proud of the wide range of training, career development, coaching and mentoring opportunities that are available to all of our people, to enable them to reach their full potential.”
