Andy Agg steps up as interim CFO at National Grid

National Grid’s Chief Financial Officer Andrew Bonfield has handed in his resignation.

Andy Agg, currently group tax and treasury director, will take on the position on an interim basis while the board looks to identify a permanent successor. Prior to his role as Head of Tax & Treasury, Mr Agg was the UK CFO at National Grid from June 2013 to December 2015.

Bonfield, who has been CFO since November 2010, will step down after National Grid’s annual general meeting on July 30.
