PwC Romania promotes Andreea Mitiriță to tax partner

PwC Romania has announced that Andreea Mitiriță has been promoted to Partner within the Tax and Legal Services department. This is effective from 1 July 2018.

Over the past 15 years, Andreea has accumulated significant experience in business restructuring projects (on both local and international levels), due diligence projects, mergers and acquisitions and tax litigation. During this period Andreea was seconded with the international tax structuring unit of PwC Amsterdam, which has contributed significantly to the development of her international experience.

In her new role, Andreea will focus on developing clients in the energy sector. She is also the new M&A leader of the Tax and Legal Service practice within PwC Romania and will coordinate the Timișoara and Iași offices.
