Paul Noble joins Mishcon’s Dispute Resolution team
Mishcon de Reya has hired Paul Noble, who started with the firm this month.
Mr Noble is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department and specialises in resolving complex tax disputes. He focuses on helping clients to mitigate tax risk both in circumstances where HMRC have already commenced an investigation or circumstances where clients are at risk of being challenged. He advises clients directly, as well as their professional advisers, and his work often has an international dimension.
He advises on cases involving tax fraud, tax avoidance, the disclosure of irregularities and is adept at pro-actively resolving tax disputes and advising on HMRC powers. Mr Noble advises both private clients and corporates and these have ranged from high-profile individuals to multi-national companies to owner managed businesses on all aspects of taxation. The key link is a dispute or potential dispute with HMRC.
Mr Noble started his career as a Tax Inspector and has worked in Big 4 accounting firms, legal practices and run his own tax consultancy business. Most recently he was a Partner at Pinsent Masons.
