Marc Sanders and team move from Taxand to EY

With effect from 1st November Marc Sanders and his team have joined EY’s Transaction Tax group in Amsterdam.

The team consists of Marc Sanders (partner), Frank Buitenwerf (associate partner), Roos Jongeneel (manager) and Timo Boon (senior). All four previously worked at Taxand Netherlands and Mr Sanders was on the Taxand Global board.

At EY they will focus on Dutch M&A deals, especially Dutch private equity funds. 

Commenting to TaxGrotto on the move, Marc Sanders said:

“We are excited about this next step for our team. We expect that our clients will benefit from the global strength of the EY organization and look forward to working with the Dutch and global M&A teams within EY.”.
