Tax Litigator Priscila Faricelli joins Demarest
Priscila Faricelli has joined the team of Demarest, a leading law firm in Brazil.
The arrival of Faricelli will add an even greater level knowledge and excellence to the services provided by the firm, in addition to aligning with Demarest’s policy of continued growth in several areas.
Priscila holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), a specialization in Tax Law from the Escola Paulista de Direito (EPD) and a Master’s Degree in Civil Procedural Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). With a career spanning 19 years, she has accumulated extensive experience in advising both local and international medium and large sized companies.

In addition to publishing articles and speaking at various events, Faricelli is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law (IBDP) and the Brazilian Center for Judicial Studies and Research (CEBEPEJ). Her resumé also includes recognition as recipient of the Women in Tax award, International Tax Review, for 2017 and 2018. She is currently a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), where she coordinates the group on Tax Arbitration.
