Michael Alliston joins Norton Rose Fulbright as Tax Partner in London
Norton Rose Fulbright has announced the appointment of Michael Alliston as tax partner in its London office.
Joining from Herbert Smith Freehills, where he trained and qualified, Michael advises on cross-border and domestic corporate tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, finance and capital markets transactions.
