Tax lawyer Raj Juneja joins McCarthy Tétrault as equity partner

McCarthy Tétrault has recruited Raj Juneja as an equity partner to the firm’s Tax Group in Toronto.

Raj has more than 18 years’ experience with corporate finance, capital markets, REITs, private equity, hedge funds, derivatives, domestic and cross-border reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. He navigates companies through evolving tax environments in foreign and domestic markets and works as a trusted advisor, providing creative solutions in a way clients can understand. Raj has structured some of the largest and most complex transactions undertaken in Canada over the past 10 years and has substantial knowledge of domestic and cross-border tax matters
