Tax Partner Philip Diviny joins Madgwicks
Australian Law Firm Madgwicks has welcomed Tax Partner Philip Diviny to the team.
Bringing over 25 years of experience, Philip’s federal and state tax advisory and controversy practice will allow Madgwicks to further diversify its tax practice and provide a larger scope of tax expertise.

Philip’s practice operates across a variety of industries including shipping, chemicals, property and healthcare and he has extensive experience in tax related insolvency issues together with experience acting for insurers, plaintiffs and defendants in tax related professional negligence matters.
Philip is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor and is a current member of the Advisory Panel to the Board of Taxation. Philip is a regular speaker and presenter and is the former author of the Australian chapter for the publications “International Tax and Investment Service” and “International Taxation of Low Tax Transactions” published by the Center for International Legal Studies.
