Paul Fox joins Klöckner Pentaplast as Global VP Tax

Paul Fox has been recruited by Klöckner Pentaplast as Global Vice President, Tax. He is based in the London office.

In this new role Mr Fox is responsible for global tax strategy and tax affairs across 18 countries.

Key responsibilities include: The transformation of the global tax function, designing and implementing a global tax strategy that will optimise the global effective tax and cash tax rates, overseeing global tax compliance, risk management, reporting (including SEC) and forecasting, providing tax support to the business, maintaining relationships with Tax Authorities and managing tax audits, transfer pricing strategy, M&A advice, and people development and succession planning. The role requires a continuous focus on cost management within private equity ownership and ongoing effective communication with C-Suite Executives and the Board of Directors.

He joins from Ferguson plc where he was Head of Tax and responsible for company’s global tax strategy.

Before that he spent over 8 years at Diageo where he held a number of tax leadership roles.
