William Hess joins Liberty as Senior Tax Underwriter

Liberty Global Transaction Solutions has recruited William Hess as a Senior Underwriter (Tax).

Mr Hess joins from Deloitte London where he has worked for the past 7 years. His most recent role at Deloitte was Associate Director, M&A Tax and his experience to date has focused on large corporate and private equity transactions, both on the buy-side and sell-side. He also has strong international tax advisory experience.

His recruitment follows that of Jugdeep Singh, who joined Liberty Global Transaction Solutions as Head of Tax earlier this summer. Both moves were brokered by Rory MacSween who is Liberty GTS’s retained tax recruiter.
