Sam Aldridge appointed CFO at FCFM Group

Sam Aldridge has joined FCFM Group Ltd as CFO, effective October 2019. He leads the finance, legal, HR and compliance functions.

Mr Aldridge trained in tax with Deloitte before moving in-house to ICAP. He progressed quickly at ICAP and was appointed Global Head of Tax after just 7 years. When ICAP was renamed as NEX Group he took responsibility for both the Tax and Treasury functions in May 2018. NEX Group was sold to CME Group in November 2018 and Mr Aldridge remained as Head of Tax & Treasury for the NEX part of the business.

FCFM Group is a privately owned investment firm undertaking principal investing. Michael Spencer is the majority shareholder – he was also the founder of ICAP.
