Andreea Craciun-Stanica is new Head of Tax at Rödl & Partner in Romania

Andreea Craciun-Stanica has been appointed as the new Head of Tax at Rödl & Partner in Romania. She joined the firm last month.

Andreea joins from PwC Romania where she has worked since 2011.  Andreea’s expertise relates in particular to tax reviews, tax due diligence, taxation of financial instruments, international tax structuring, M&A, deal structuring and transfer pricing. Many of her clients at PwC were in the Financial Services sector.
