Clifford Chance appoints Dan Neidle as London Head of Tax, Pensions and Employment
Clifford Chance announced today that Dan Neidle has been appointed as the new London leader of the firm’s tax, pensions and employment (TPE) practice for a period of 4 years, from 1 February 2020. He takes over the role from Chris Davies, who will continue as global practice leader.
Dan has been a partner at Clifford Chance since 2008, having joined as a trainee in 1998. He specialises in UK finance and corporate tax, with a particular interest in international tax, supranational taxation and tax policy. His clients include leading financial institutions and corporates, as well as regulators, governments and industry bodies.
Dan comments: “I am thrilled to be taking on this role. Our first class advisory and contentious capabilities across employment, incentives, pensions and tax positions us strongly to help our clients manage some of their most strategic and challenging domestic and international issues. I very much look forward to working alongside colleagues and clients as we work on these together in an environment where the pace of regulatory and legislative change is faster than ever, and ESG right at the top of the corporate, investor and policymaker agenda.”
