Batanayi Katongera joins Glencore as Senior Transfer Pricing Counsel

Batanayi Katongera has joined Glencore plc as Senior TP Counsel, effective from April 2020.

Mr Katongera joins from MHA Macintyre Hudson where he was a partner, leading its Transfer Pricing practice since January 2019. Prior to that he headed up the TP practices at the law firms Macfarlanes (2016 to 2018) and Olswang (2009 to 2015).
