Mark Pashley joins Mercer & Hole as tax partner
Mercer & Hole has announced the appointment of a new partner to lead its Corporate and Business Tax team.
Mark Pashley joined the team on 1st June from Grant Thornton where he was a tax director, having previously held roles at PwC and BDO.
Mark brings to the firm a deep understanding and practical application of the UK tax landscape, with an extensive knowledge of tax as it affects fast-growing and successful owner-managed businesses. He has real expertise in advising businesses on employee incentive schemes, profit extraction options, R&D tax credits, advice on capital allowances, business sales, and on commercial property portfolios.

This latest appointment takes Mercer & Hole to a 26-partner firm working across four locations; London, St Albans, Rickmansworth and Milton Keynes.
