Dentons recruits Jean-Luc Fisch as Head of Tax in Luxembourg
Dentons has recruited tax partner Jean-Luc Fisch as Head of the Tax practice in Luxembourg.
Jean-Luc Fisch brings more than 20 years’ experience in tax matters related to investment funds, M&A, private equity, real estate and capital markets. He joins from Luxembourg-based law firm Elvinger Hoss Prussen, where he was a tax partner since 2012. Prior to that, he was a partner at Allen & Overy, where he worked for 13 years. He focuses on tax structuring for cross-border investments and has extensive experience in setting up pan-European investment platforms for investment funds. He also advises on employee benefit schemes as well as carried interest structuring.
He is recognized as a leading tax lawyer in Luxembourg by independent legal directories such as Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.
