Fabrizio Lolliri to lead AM’s Global Transfer Pricing practice

Alvarez & Marsal Taxand has appointed New York-based Fabrizio Lolliri as Managing Director and Global Head of Transfer Pricing.

Mr. Lolliri’s industry focus enhances the firm’s global capabilities as companies adopt to new market challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic and increasing scrutiny by tax authorities. 

Mr. Lolliri’s 20-year experience in transfer pricing spans across multiple markets and industries. He returns to A&M after serving eight years at Hogan Lovell as Global Head of Transfer Pricing. He has also served as Head of Transfer Pricing at Orange and France Telecom. Earlier in his career, he worked at Deloitte and KPMG.

Mr. Lolliri’s has managed complex transfer pricing and general tax matters across several jurisdictions, including China, France, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Switzerland, the U.K. and the U.S. He has advised life sciences, consumer and technology companies on intellectual property and supply chain planning. Mr. Lolliri has also led in the Americas several large supply chain transformational projects that enabled clients to significantly increase their overall enterprise value and improve their structure for better growth and synergies.
