Catherine Fairpo appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Tax Chamber

Catherine Anne Fairpo has been appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal by the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom. The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Tax Chamber with effect from 1 June 2021.

Catherine Anne Fairpo, aged 54, will be known as Judge Fairpo. She was called to the Bar (G) in 2009. She was appointed as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Tax Chamber in 2015.
