The Irish Tax Institute appoints Deloitte Tax Partner, Karen Frawley, as President

Karen Frawley was inaugurated as the Irish Tax Institute’s new President at the AGM on 9 September.

Karen is a tax partner in Deloitte and a member of the firm’s international tax group. She has over 17 years’ experience advising multinational groups investing in Ireland and Irish-based groups on outward investments. She has significant expertise in the area of corporate group reorganisations, the due diligence process, and tax efficient Intellectual Property structures. Karen specialises in business model optimisation advisory and M&A for multinational groups.

Karen is an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute and a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
