Allens appoints Ellen Thomas as a Partner in its tax practice

Allens has recruited Ellen Thomas as a new tax partner.

Over her 20 year career, Ellen has advised on a range of domestic and international M&A transactions, corporate restructures, post-acquisition integrations, international tax planning, distressed debt transactions, infrastructure investments and financial arrangements.

Ellen’s appointment will support the firm’s growth strategy and is an important step in growing the tax practice. Ellen joins Allens from PwC where she was a partner and head of the PwC Tax Deals Team.
