M&A Tax specialist Neil Fletcher joins Alvarez & Marsal Taxand
Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, LLP (A&M Taxand), an affiliate of leading global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), has strengthened its Financial Investors Group with the appointment of Neil Fletcher as a Managing Director in the London office. Mr. Fletcher’s appointment will help deepen A&M’s expertise in providing tax advice to private equity and institutional funds across asset classes at a time of significant change for the sector.
Mr. Fletcher, is a recognised industry leader and brings more than 25 years of experience. He specialises in providing tax advice on M&A, IPOs, joint ventures and group restructurings, with a particular focus on international and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining A&M Taxand, Mr. Fletcher spent 16 years as a Partner at PwC in London, where he advised private equity funds, direct investing pension funds, sovereign investment funds and multinational companies. His work has helped deliver complex transactions on a global basis and across multiple industries.
