Olivier Querinjean joins Dentons to lead Tax practice in Belgium
Dentons has recruited Olivier Querinjean as a partner in the Brussels office, to establish and lead the Tax practice in Belgium. He joins along with associate Antoine Lebecq.
With more than 25 years’ experience in corporate tax law, Olivier Querinjean advises clients on the tax aspects of corporate reorganizations and restructurings as well as cross-border transactions, such as mergers, demergers, stock or asset purchases, MBOs, LBOs, joint ventures and spin-offs. He also advises on the taxation of employee profit sharing schemes. He represents clients in negotiations with tax authorities as well as tax litigation. He also regularly advises entrepreneurs, family offices and private clients on complex cross-border structuring and wealth planning matters. He is ranked in Chambers Europe for Tax in Belgium. Prior to joining Dentons, he was a partner and Head of the Tax practice in Belgium at CMS.
