Rawlinson & Hunter appoints 3 new private client tax directors

Rawlinson & Hunter LLP has announced the appointment of three new Directors within its Private Client Tax teams, with effect from 1 April 2026.

Ian Gray has been with the Firm for over 10 years. His experience includes providing detailed UK tax advice to clients, managing their tax compliance requirements, and collaborating with other professional advisers in the UK and globally to provide joined-up solutions.

Ian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and a member of the ICAEW Tax Faculty Private Client Committee.

Alex McBryde has specialist experience in providing advice and tax compliance support to international individuals under the former non-domiciled regime and their related structures, including offshore trusts and investment companies.

Alex is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2014, as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2015, and in 2023 won gold in the Accountant of the Year – Associate category at the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards.

Natasha Warren advises individuals and trustees on complex UK and non-UK aspects of their tax affairs. Natasha is a prize-winning technical practitioner who has also been recognised as a rising star in the private client industry at eprivateclient’s NextGen Leaders awards.

Natasha is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2017 and as a Trust and Estate Practitioner in 2019.
