Sara Thompson joins the Transactional Tax team at FTI Consulting

FTI Consulting has expanded its Transactional Tax practice in London with the addition of Sara Thompson as a Managing Director.

Sara has more than 25 years of experience advising private equity investors, corporates, management teams and founder led businesses on complex UK and international M&A transactions. She specialises in buy side and sell side tax diligence, acquisition structuring, refinancing, reorganisations and cross border transactions.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Sara was an Associate Partner in the Transaction Tax at Cooper Parry. Before that, she spent more than 15 years in EY’s Transaction Tax team.
