Baker & McKenzie has announced its global partner promotions for the year. There are 5 new tax partners:
Yvonne Beh (Kuala Lumpur)
Yvonne has more than 10 years of experience advising on Malaysian tax issues such as income tax, double tax treaties, withholding tax, real property gains tax, transfer pricing, service tax, transfer and transaction taxes, taxation of stock options and assisted various clients in negotiating for tax incentives and obtaining stamp duty exemptions. She also advises on Malaysian goods and services tax (GST) issues, as well as anti-profiteering issues relating to the GST’s implementation.
Mounia Benabdallah (Amsterdam)
Mounia is a Netherlands Tax Attorney with 10+ years experience, specialized in International Tax Law, with a particular focus on the interaction between Netherlands, European and US International tax law.
She has worked considerable time in Baker & McKenzie’s Chicago and New York offices.
Alistair Craig (London)
Alistair is a partner (non-lawyer equivalent) at Baker & McKenzie, specialising in cross-border M&A and international tax structuring projects for a diverse client base, including FTSE 100 groups, Fortune 500 U.S. and large to mid-cap European multinationals, private equity and sovereign wealth funds and financial institutions.

Practice focused on corporate tax planning. Received a master of laws degree (LL.M.) from the Northwestern School of Law in 2011.
