Lindsay J’afari-Pak is the new insurance tax leader at PwC UK
Lindsay J’afari-Pak has been appointed as PwC’s UK insurance tax market leader, effective immediately. She succeeds Colin Graham who will focus on his role as global insurance tax leader, having led the UK practice since 2011.
Having started her career with PwC, Lindsay has spent time at law firm Herbert Smith, as well as AXA UK and Resolution, before returning to PwC as a partner in 2013. Since then she has led the UK firm’s tax services to the life insurance industry.
Lindsay’s industry and advisory experience makes her well placed to lead PwC’s UK insurance tax practice in what continues to be a period of significant change. She is also a director on the board of the financial services member group TheCityUK, and a member of the corporate development board of the charity Rosa, the only UK wide fund exclusively for women and girls.
PwC has also bolstered its tax team in the UK insurance practice with the promotions of Ayesha Patel and Andy Rosam to director.
Lindsay J’afari-Pak, UK market leader for PwC’s UK insurance practice, commented:
“I am very proud to have been asked to lead our wonderful team. Our people are passionate about the work they do for our insurance clients, and I am looking forward to the next chapter, as we embark on a period of momentous change in the UK.”
