Mayer Brown promotes 2 new tax partners in Paris & London
International law firm Mayer Brown has announced the appointment of 2 new tax partners in Europe as part of 43 promotions worldwide. The promotions are effective from 1 January, 2008:
Paris – Pierre-Olivier Bernard (Tax)
Pierre-Olivier has advised on a range of private client services and family business practices. He has also advises in relation to tax issues to Top Managers in LMBO operations and his expertise includes management packages. Pierre-Olivier joined the firm in 2005.
London – Sandy Bhogal (Tax)
Sandy’s experience ranges from general corporate tax advice to transactional advice including corporate finance, banking, capital markets, asset finance and property. He also has significant corporate tax planning experience as well as advising on the development of domestic and cross border tax efficient structures. Sandy joined the firm in 2005.
