Sarah Woodall: Gamekeeper turns Poacher
Sarah Woodall has joined Gabb & Co Solicitors as Director of Tax.
Gabb & Co was founded in 1760 and is the oldest law firm in Wales. The firm has a strong regional presence but it’s client base also extends throughout the UK. There are currently 5 partners.
Ms Woodall spent 25 years working as a Senior Civil Servant at HMRC. Her roles included: Head of Anti Avoidance Investigation, Head of UK Tax Profession and Head of Direct Tax and International. She was also Chair of the UK Transfer Pricing Panel.
Since leaving HMRC in 2013, Ms Woodall has worked at Temple Tax Chambers as a Pupil Tax Barrister and been a Visiting Professor at King’s College London.
