Warren Novis joins BDO Ireland as Head of Transfer Pricing

BDO Ireland has tapped Warren Novis to lead the firm’s growing transfer pricing practice. He joined in April 2019 bringing 15 years’ experience as in-house expert and as an advisor.

Mr. Novis joins from Aptiv plc (formerly Delphi Automotive) where he was Global Transfer Pricing Director responsible for APAs, US and EU tax reforms, restructuring, tax controversy and global documentation. Prior, he worked with KPMG’s global clients while based in Canada, the UK and most recently in Ireland. 

His role at BDO is to lead the Irish practice to advise multinational and medium-sized organisations to develop, execute and defend tax and transfer pricing strategies in Ireland and abroad.
