Andrew Hocking joins Sovos as the new Director of Managed Services, EMEA

Andrew Hocking has joined Sovos as the new Director of Managed Services, EMEA.

Primarily based in London, he will be responsible for all of Sovos’ Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) managed services (in addition to managed services for VAT). This new role and appointment come at a time of increased investment in Sovos’ technology-enabled services, allowing the company to expand its geographical reach to service the IPT needs of clients on a global level. Andrew will report directly to Managing Director for Europe, James Buckley.

Prior to joining Sovos, Andrew was an advisor at PwC, providing tax and technology advisory services across the financial services sector in EMEA and the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on compliance automation and data analytics.

Commenting on the appointment, Andrew said: ‘It’s an exciting time to be joining Sovos.
