Andersen Tax UK announces new partners: Kevin Hindley and Warren Howells
Andersen Tax UK has announced that Kevin Hindley and Warren Howells have joined the Firm’s Partnership, as well as fellow team member Musa Sabo as Senior Manager.
Kevin is Head of Corporation tax and Real Estate tax in the UK. Kevin is an experienced tax practitioner with over 20 years in the profession. He advises a variety of clients across several sectors but has a key focus on real estate. Prior to joining Andersen, Kevin was head of boutique corporate and international tax consultancy, K Hindley Limited, and before that he was Managing Director at global professional services firm, Alvarez and Marsal.
Warren is a Partner in the Corporate tax group in Andersen’s UK office. He has 20 years’ experience advising clients, ranging from small and medium sized enterprises, private equity backed businesses to large multinational groups. Warren primarily works with UK groups and UK subsidiaries of international groups. Warren trained at the UK’s largest tax consultancy firm, Chiltern Plc before transferring to BDO LLP where he spent 10 years in the Corporate M&A team. Warren joined Kevin at K Hindley Limited in January 2019.
Musa is a Senior Manager at Andersen Tax UK. His clients include listed property developers, OMBs and a hotel operating business. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, he spent 4 years working at a FTSE listed business before joining Andersen.
