Eversheds Sutherland Belgium appoints Gregory Komlosi to lead its tax practice
Eversheds Sutherland Belgium has appointed Gregory Komlosi to lead its tax practice.
Gregory Komlosi has over 12 years of experience, during which time he has built a reputation as a highly-skilled and experienced tax lawyer. He will take up his role as Head of Tax at Eversheds Sutherland Belgium from June 2020.
Gregory Komlosi advises corporate clients across a spectrum of industries (financial services, real estate, insurance, technology, etc.) on both domestic and cross-border fiscal matters. He has extensive experience in advising clients on their holding and financing structures, restructurings, and equity incentive plans. Komlosi’s practice includes dispute resolution as well as addressing controversies in these areas. He also routinely advises foreign and domestic investment funds on tax-related matters.
As the Head of Tax, Gregory Komlosi will seek to develop the tax practice by leveraging his existing client base and working in close cooperation with the firm’s global network. Eversheds Sutherland Belgium is furthering its tax practice to increase and consolidate its presence in the corporate market in Belgium.
