Quantera Global, a leading independent transfer pricing advisory firms, has recruited a new Director, Monika Šapranauskienė, to its senior management team. Monika will lead the Quantera Global office in the Baltics.

Monika boasts a solid Big 4 consulting track record, where she has developed a wide-ranging transfer pricing and tax advisory toolbox over the course of 12 years. After starting with PwC in the United States, Monika further engaged in international transfer pricing tax assignments in Lithuania.
More recently, Monika held a leadership role in one of the largest Nordic banks. She led the transformation and implementation efforts in an in-house consulting organisation. This exposure to complex project environments, understanding of how change works in large corporate settings adds nicely to the more conventional tax and transfer pricing consulting background. The latter combination is key in making transfer pricing operational. Going the extra mile to transform businesses and value chains in an operationally and financially sound manner.
