Mazars promotes Sue Kukadia to Partnership
Mazars has appointed Sue Kukadia to the role of partner in its Tax team, where she will be specialising in immigration. This appointment reflects Mazars’ commitment to strengthening its immigration offering as it becomes an increasingly important issue for clients.
Sue has over 20 years of experience working in immigration and has been Head of Immigration at Mazars since 2019. She will be using her extensive expertise to grow and develop Mazars’ immigration service offering, focusing on UK and international markets and expanding the portfolio in line with Mazars’ business plan.
In her new role Sue will also continue to lead the firm’s disability network.
Catherine Hall, Head of Tax at Mazars, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Sue to the partnership. Her experience and passion to grow the immigration team will be invaluable and I am confident that with her guidance our immigration services will continue to go from strength to strength. We are exceptionally proud of the dedication Sue has shown to her role and Mazars throughout her time here and this appointment is testament to that”.
Commenting on her appointment, Sue said: “Having been born with spina bifida, living in hospital until I was a teenager, and having several operations throughout my life, I’ve always had to juggle my health needs with my work. I am incredibly grateful for the support Mazars has shown me since I joined the firm, creating an environment where I have been able to balance my career alongside medical treatment. I’m delighted to have been invited to join the partnership at Mazars and look forward to growing our immigration service offering further.”
