Two new hires within KPMG’s Trade & Customs practice.

Teresa (Teri) Halpin and Rodrick (Rick) Lawlor have both joined as Tax Directors, leading Trade Enforcement & Advisory Services.

Teresa brings with her more than 36 years of trade enforcement experience within Custom and Border Protection (CBP)’s Trade Regulatory Audit, while Rodrick brings over 33 years of experience within the same field, to the role.

These hires come as KPMG expands its practice to address growing trade and tariff disruptions, reaffirming our commitment to helping clients navigate an increasingly complex landscape.
